Yacht Club Villa 33 is a brand new architecturally designed luxury 4 bedroom Villa in the exclusive security gated grounds of the Hamilton Island Yacht Club. Sleeps 10 with all the modern comforts in a Mediterranean style of the classic yachtsman.
Fully air-conditioned and boasting 4 massive king sized bedrooms - all with private en-suites. Sleeping up to 8 guests - Yacht Club Villa 33 is perfect for large groups or even 2 families. Each bedroom has AV TV games docking, large desks are provided in beds 1 and 2. 3 of the beds are split king beds that can be made up as king or singles as required. The bed in the main bedroom is a King bed.
The villa has 5 massive LCD TVs with entertainment AV for every taste and games connections for the young and young at heart. Blue Ray DVD, surround sound and iPod docks are also standard. Comfortable leather lounges for chatting and not to mention the 55" LG HD LCD TV. There's even some books on the bookshelf for you to enjoy.
A magnificent chef's kitchen fully appointed, dining for 12 - alfresco for 8 with BBQ. Or just lazing on the sun-lounges of the unrestricted upper balconies. Afternoon drinks on the balcony at sunset -a must! What a view!
We haven't forgotten the executive. The villa also has a business centre. Wireless internet and there's even a printer for your laptop!

If you think you can peel yourself away from Yacht Club Villa 33 and its awesome views and fantastic exclusive complex pool.... you can walk less than 1 minute to the marina and explore the island.
Of course you have your own private electric buggy but you can also catch the free island shuttle that leaves every 10 - 15 mins and travels all over the island.
As a guest on Hamilton Island, you can access all of the resort facilities, pools, restaurants, day spas, kids club, tour desk, night club, golf club, go karts, shooting range, quad bikes, water sports, Australian Animal Zoo -EVERYTHING. (There are normal fees associated with most activities.)
The resort pools are on the other side of the Island - 2 mins by buggy. Did you know that there is a happy hour every day at every pool?! There's 4 pools to try.

Located at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac and just a few doors away from the famous George Harrison Estate (Beatles), Hamilton Island Round House is exclusive and private with all of the benefits of resort living only a short 2 minute buggy ride away. As a guest on Hamilton Island, you are also able to access all of the resort activities, restaurants, pools and water sports.

Kitchen
Fully equipped modern large kitchen - convection microwave, dishwasher, oven, cook top, fridge and freezer and granite bench tops. Fully automated De Longhi Cappuccino machine for your enjoyment. Ample crockery, cutlery, glassware and plastic ware.
Sun Room
Comfortable cane lounges to enjoy the views. A round breakfast table overlooking the pool.
Dining Room
Massive timber dining table seats 10 – 12, overlooking the balcony with ocean and pool views. Bi-fold doors can be opened for direct balcony access. Large built in buffet/serving area. Electric piano.
Media Room
Huge and air-conditioned. Opens onto balcony. 105 cm Large screen TV with DVD, Austar and Play Station 2, CD player/stereo. A wall of built in cupboards and book shelves with wet bar area and extra bar fridge. Cupboards and shelves filled with books and games. The modern comfortable sofas convert to (2 x) double sofa beds.
Laundry
The laundry has arguably the best laundry view in the world. Who would have thought that ironing could be so enjoyable! The laundry is complete with cordless iron, 2 x washing machines, and 2 x dryers. There is even an extra shower and toilet – conveniently located close to the pool.

The Pool
A beautiful 12m salt water solar heated infinity pool wraps around a large part of the exterior, overlooking the ocean. It has a beautiful rock waterfall and an under waterfall cave with spa. Furnished with sun lounges and tables. Under partial cover of roof line for shade conscious, sun safe guests. (A necessity in North Qld).
Terraced Balconies
Wide furnished balconies wrap around the house. Sun lounges, chairs, benches and tables. There is also a glass outdoor setting for 8. The balcony also has 2x electric BBQs for easy outdoor entertaining.
Master Bedroom
Huge with amazing ocean views. King sized bed. Air-conditioned. Private sitting area with leather lounges. 68 cm TV & DVD player. Private furnished balcony - with walled courtyard and private outdoor waterfall shower. Ensuite with a large private spa bath and shower with glass walls to enjoy the ocean views from the bath. Great place to drink that complimentary champagne! Double sink vanity. Walk in robe with built in cupboards. Private Bar Fridge.
3 x King Sized Bedroom Suites
Air-conditioned. King bed. Walk in robe with built in cupboards. Private ensuites with showers and toilets. Huge glass bi-fold doors to access balcony. One suite has a glass walled shower with views to the balcony. Private Bar Fridge. 40 cm TV with & DVD player, hairdryer in every ensuite.
Cottage Studio
A peaceful romantic haven and hideaway in its own right, the Cottage Studio can comfortably sleep an extra 4 people. It is fully self contained with laundry, kitchen and ensuite facilities – featuring a corner spa bath. It has 1 x queen sized bed plus 2 x futon sofa lounges that convert to double sofa beds in the lounge area. The Cottage Studio also comes with TV and DVD. The Cottage Studio is available for a nominal fee as an optional extra for large groups. Many past guests have made the Cottage Studio a teenager retreat during their stay. The Cottage Studio can be rented for an additional $250 per night. Sleeping an extra 4 people brings the total sleeping capacity of Hamilton Island Round House to 18 people. A seven night stay in low season can be as low as $70 per person each night.
Complimentary Golf Buggy
A complimentary 4 seater buggy is provided for your private use. (To rent a buggy from Hamilton Island Buggies costs about $85/day.) There is also an island Shuttle (Resort Link) that will pick up guests and take them to their desired destination for a a fee. The free Island Shuttle stops at the end on Melaleuca Drive (a short walk from the house) and takes guests all over the island.
