Noosa is only 20 mins North and Maroochydore is only 20 mins South by car or local bus services.

About the Linen:
To keep costs down, all linen (including pillows & doonas) and towels are BYO. We supply mattresses & mattress protectors. If the mattress protectors are soiled or missing, they become yours at the cost of $25 each, back charged to your credit card at the end of your stay. You can also hire all linen, towels, bath mats, doonas, pillows, cotton blankets and tea towels etc from us for an extra $25 per person per stay.
About the yard:
105 Coolum Terrace shares the back yard with 107 Coolum Terrace. It is a large grassed area but it may be shared with other guests from next door. The yard is fenced on 3 sides but there is no fence restricting access to the front footpath and street. We ask that guests at each property show consideration for each other in this shared arrangement. Small children would need supervision when playing in the yard.
About the dog:
We allow well behaved out door dogs at our house. We also allow some well behaved indoor lap dogs. Owners with indoor dogs need to discuss their needs before a pet stay is allowed. All pets must be vaccinated and supply their own bedding and bowls. The back yard is shared with the small house next door (107 Coolum Terrace) and is not fully fenced. We ask that guests holidaying with their pets show consideration for other guests that share the yard. We ask that dog droppings are picked up immediately and wrapped and placed in the wheelie bins provided. We also ask that pets are kept under control at all times when using the back yard. The owners and Vacation Views will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to guest property or the personal safety of guests using the back yard. Guests use the back yard at their own risk. There is a fully secured fenced area under the house with a concrete floor that is suitable as a dog compound. We assume that you will spend the day with your pet and take your pet to the beach and take the pet out for regular walks. It is not a suitable area for your pet to spend the whole holiday, but great for nights and when you need to leave your pet unattended for a few hours.
Know that your payments are secure. All monies are receipted through Vacation Views Real Estate Agency Trust Account - fully regulated by the Office of Fair Trading and the PAMD Act.
